Zastosowanie

Dmuchawy bocznokanałowe SC Ex mają zastosowanie w systemach nadciśnieniowych i podciśnieniowych w strefach zagrożenia wybuchem. Dmuchawy odpowiadają wymaganiom Dyrektywy ATEX 2014/34/UE, są zaprojektowane do użytku w strefach zagrożenia wybuchem poza kopalniami i wyrobiskami górniczymi, spełniają wymogi grupy II kategorii 3G - strefa 2.

Oznaczenie ATEX:
II 3G Ex h IIB H2 T3 Gc

Konstrukcja

  • dmuchawa bocznokanałowa o napędzie bezpośrednim,
  • wirnik odlewany ze stopu aluminium, wyważany dynamicznie,
  • korpus odlewany ze stopu aluminium,
  • dmuchawa przystosowana do pracy w pozycji poziomej lub pionowej (wykonanie specjalne),
  • osłona korpusu z blachy aluminiowej,
  • podstawa silnika z blachy stalowej malowanej*,
  • pierścienie uszczelniające z kauczuku fluorowego,
  • dmuchawa niemalowana (surowe aluminium, śrutowane i impregnowane),
  • maksymalna temperatura tłoczonego medium 60°C,
  • temperatura otoczenia silnika od -20°C do 60°C.

Silnik elektryczny

  • asynchroniczny, trójfazowy, 230/400 V, 50 Hz (o mocy do 3 kW),
  • asynchroniczny, trójfazowy, 400/690 V, 50 Hz (o mocy od 4 kW),
  • klasa sprawności IE2 (do mocy 0,55 kW),
  • klasa sprawności IE3 (od mocy 0,75 kW),
  • stopień ochrony IP66 (do mocy 1,1 kW),
  • stopień ochrony IP55 (od mocy 1,5 kW),
  • klasa izolacji F,
  • do regulacji częstotliwościowej (czujniki PTC w standardzie).

Wykonania specjalne

  • silniki na inne niż standardowe napięcie oraz częstotliwość zasilania,
  • silnik o innym stopniu ochrony IP,
  • na ramie, bez tłumików, kołnierze PN6.

*w modelu SC30 podstawa wykonana z niemalowanej stali nierdzewnej.
