Application

The air heaters of the DH series are used in mechanical supply ventilation systems, where it is necessary to raise air temperature in winter or maintain temperature in a closed space at a constant level.

The air heaters may be also used in the industrial processes that require constant temperature of supplied air.

Construction

The air duct filters are designed for assembly in circular ventilation ducts of standard diameters (100-400 mm).Housing of the air heaters is made of steel sheet coated with powder paint, and the heating elements are made of stainless steel. As a standard, the air heaters are provided with a dual system protecting it against overheating: the first, automatic (temperature +75°C) and the second - manually unlocked (temperature +85°C).

he air heaters assembled in ventilation ducts should be selected as to obtain air temperature at the outlet ≤ +40°C. The air flow rate through the air heaters may not be less than 1.5 m/sec. On request, the device could be supplied in any color from the RAL palette (RAL 9010 – white is the standard color).
